Something that I think would be really helpful would be to have the joker name that you purchase show up on screen for a brief moment or even the description of what it does. I think you could reach more intro level players without directly having to explain what’s going on during play.

to add on to my previous comment, since modded has so many individual jokers you might not catch what they do or be able to learn it over time. with the base game you can learn what all the jokers do after a while of playing/watching, but with the sheer number of jokers in mods its not as feasible

There might be a way to mod it so that whenever a joker is purchased, it displays the last purchased joker name and description of what it does appear in the corner somewhere. A mod like that would do what you're asking and require very little extra effort on the content creator's part

Started the video & a run on plasma deck (red stake because I'm still unlocking on mobile) & got to ante 20 with flush five red seal glass queens. First time past ante 16 on mobile too. Started off with mediocre jokers, got dice & sock n buskin, then photo, then chad, then a perkio, then an invis which copied the Perkio, then a wheel gave the first one polychrome. With my two perkio I copied deaths & made a lot of the red seal queens (both glass & steel), then got another soul card & sold the second perkio hoping for trib (I asked in the discord what to do & they said to try it). Unfortunately it was a yorick (so if you play the seed then don't go for it). Took at $43 hit chancing on a Wraith card, got a brainstorm from it, kept copying deaths & hanged men to bring the deck to just the queen of clubs, then got myself a blueprint & finally an idol. Just kept buying card packs to death them into the red seal glass queens. Ended up taking two ectoplasms, which hit the sock n buskin & blueprint. I only managed to level up the eris to level 43 by getting a burnt joker & using the first discard to triple level it. By ante 20 I handn't even had telescope offered to me. So as much as I wished it to go to ludicrous levels of e, the best I could manage with a brainstorm on the sock n buskin & a blueprint on the idol was 1.2-ish e43 per hand. Seed is 5HY4ASMX Don't go for the second legendary as I only got Yorick to x22, could've maybe got him to x23 if I was a bit more agressive with the discards, but at ante 20 it doesn't mean much.

Ecto reduces your hand size right? Every ecto increases the reduction of hand size by 1 so your first ecto it reduces your hand by 1 then the second ecto will reduce your hand by 2, so in total it's been reduced by 3. If he get another ecto his hand will be reduced by another 3, even getting + 2 hand it won't be enough.
