How do I use asus mic instead of my headphone. My headphone picks up everything, can they be both on at the same time? My mic works fine without external headphones

I'm having issues with using any wireless gaming/traditional earbuds while gaming. No one can hear me nor can I hear them, however I can hear the game audio just fine. Any advice?

When I use my headset in multiplayer games, the sound quality drops drastically and gets all fuzzy whenever the mic is needed too. Does anyone have a fix for this? It’s really ruining my gaming experience overall.

Are you using a Bluetooth headset? If so that's the problem. Bluetooth headphones can't use both channels at the same time so the quality of the Audio drops

@@AllyHollic Yea they run on bluetooth only so looks like that’s the problem :(

Actually the problem is because bluetooth devices run a setting : Hansfree Telephony, you have to go to Control Panel\Hardware and Sound\Devices and Printers - find your device, properties / services, and turn off that option, then disconnect and connect again your device.

@@cams_cr6551 if you do this you will need a secondary mic. The audio quality turns to crap because it's making room for the mic so doing what you said is just blocking that from happening pretty much rendering the mic useless

To me it sounds great especially in discord. I've heard the SD mic from a video Ion LTT and it doesn't sound much better. You can only do Soo much with a mic that small. The amount of people who assume defects just because something isn't perfect is insane to me. That's being overly critical.
