Duke university single handedly destroyed the reputation of North Carolina. Charlotte is a hidden gem that always gets overlooked. Better than KC, better than the entire state of Texas, better than Atlanta

One thing I will say, from someone who has lived in SF and North Carolina...the Weather is NOT better in Charlotte...do not go in summer. Besides summer, Raleigh-Durham is a better area for culture. Its also a great soccer town, unfortunately its soccer team owners had a history of corruption and mismanagement. Should have had the MLS team first.

What is culture in Raleigh-Durham . . . . ACC Campus? ACC Hoops? RAL/DUR didn't tear down as much of their 100+ year old buildings like CLT has I will admit (look at CLT Skyline shot of 1968 . . . . I wish we had half of those old brick buildings with us still :( :( !!!!!) . . . . Concerning MLS Expansion: You know owner of San Diego MLS (2025) is an NC State graduate, right? How come #mls2ral group didn't ask him to join expansion ownership group?
