A brain is simply a receiver of all information that is always all around us. So, a death does not end anything except that life. Our belief about consciousness is just our mind bending over it like it was a very special thing. Hence the ideas behind divinity and special powers of the mind are fictional
@Spiritual-QuestКүн бұрын
That's an intriguing take! If the brain is merely a receiver, could it be that what we perceive as divinity or special powers is just our limited way of interpreting a much larger, universal signal?

Modern research on Near Death Experience by Raymond moody, reincarnation memories by Ian Stevenson/Jim trucker and past lives regression by Brian Weiss all independently but coincidentally show that our consciousness survive death, we live many lives and our thoughts and actions matter in the hereafter. So be kind and helpful to others, be virtuous, meditate and cultivate ourselves to higher spiritual levels. Cheers.

Consciousness is universal. It does not mean that your individual expression of that consciousness survives beyond death. Rejoice in this magical moment that is YOU. For tomorrow we die. But life continues.

If you don’t know what gravity is don’t call yourself a physicist, astronomer or cosmologist or indeed even a well informed human. Gravity is simple Galilean relative motion. The earth is approaching- expanding at 16 feet per second per second constant acceleration- the released object (apple). Physics- pukka- started in 2002. “The Final Theory: Rethinking Our Scientific Legacy “, Mark McCutcheon for proper physics including the CAUSE of gravity, electricity, magnetism, light and well.... everything. Penrose and ALL the others are mere mathematical philosophers.
@Spiritual-QuestКүн бұрын
Penrose is much more than a mathematical philosopher; he’s a renowned physicist whose work has deeply influenced the field. His contributions to general relativity, such as the Penrose singularity theorem, revolutionized our understanding of black holes and the nature of space-time. Additionally, his ideas about quantum mechanics, particularly in his theories on consciousness and quantum gravity, push the boundaries of what we know and stimulate dialogue between physics and philosophy. His interdisciplinary approach has opened new pathways for exploring the fundamental nature of reality, making him a pivotal figure in modern science

@ What is Penrose’s CAUSE of gravity? He - and ALL the rest- have none. QM classicalized in 2010. Forgotten Physics website uncovers the hidden variables and constants and the bad math of Wien, Schrodinger, Heisenberg, Einstein, Debroglie,Planck, Bohr and Penrose. So,no. Any Final Theory MUST account for gravity. “The Road to Reality “, Penrose is right up there with the greatest science fiction novel- “The Abstract Guesses of Man- made Hopes”, AKA “ Principia” by Newton.
