This Man is a Great Man because he is honest and truthful in speaking about Reggae and Rastafari , He has a understanding of the livity faith and culture of Rastafari thru his interaction with Artists and Musicians from Jamaica, he has taken time out to study and collect and preserve some of its its history, credit to him for that, Give Thanks Roger ...

I misspoke when asked about the size of the cassette archive: 2,200 hours of them are recordings of the live programs I did on KCRW and on the "Reggae Beat International" show that was syndicated worldwide to 130 stations. The total number of hours of tapes in the Reggae Archives surpasses 14,000. The Archives have recently been bought by Joe Bogdanovich, promoter of the annual Sumfest reggae fest, and he promises to build a Museum in Montego Bay to house them and share them with the whole world. At 80, my life's ambition is about to become a reality, thank Jah, and all who've helped me over the years to preserve Jamaican culture.

Reggae music because of it's timing is the best music in the world to dance to, it just took the rest of the world time to catch up. I can't say it's the best music to play as its so repetitive, but I love it nothing sounds sweeter than a rock steady record!
@christianschur71032 жыл бұрын
Yeah Man,i agree to you,but Rock steady is not Reggae,that describes Bob Marley in an Interview who is master of all Musics

@Reggaeville I commend you for publishing this content. As far as the interview questions; Best memories, worst memories? Really? Roger Stephens is so fanatical about Bob and Reggae history he was able to easily adapt to the line of questioning, but you can even tell by his expressions and contemplation that the line of questions is off. Too rudimentary. Again, it works, but I hope you’ll receive the feedback constructively. Respect!

Bob Marley is the undisputed King of reggae music. His music speaks for him. Redemption song sum it up. Bob Marley gave us many powerful songs than Peter Tosh. As Bob's said in one of his interview, when ever I made a song they follow. And Peter Tosh was one of them.
