The last 3 albums they made went straight to number one and I think it was " the miracle" " innuendo" and "made in heaven" & they released The Show Must Go On the month before Freddie Mercury died and that was one of the best vocals off the album even though I like I want it all the most. I Want It All is an awesome four-way harmonic beast of the song that includes a lot of Bryan singing as well as Freddy and then that incredible drum and guitar trio!! When I heard that song it just blew me away and I think " it's a miracle" was released just before that because I remember seeing the video with the kids. It was so cute.

A tip for young drummers - He was 59 when this was done. A lot of drummers are done by 40 (just as athletes) so it is as difficult to find a 60 year old drummer with chops as it is to find a 60 year old football player that can play. The secret is the way they played. Look at Roger's hands. Wrists and hands. All the power comes from there. When you see a drummer playing from the elbows or shoulder, give them 20 years and they are fried. Collins admits his bad drumming habits killed his career.

Oh definitely!! Queen is more popular now and even in the past 10 years or so then they were in the 1970s and they got a lot of s*** from going to perform in Sun City and Rodger said he wish he never heard of the damn place " son f*cking City". Bryan on the other hand said that he was glad they went there and he will say to his dying day that they went there for all the right reasons but you know the tabloids only put that Queen went to Sun City just to make a lot of money. The papers never wrote about the good reason that Queen went there and when they went to some City they'd chartered a school for the hearing impaired and deaf! They were so generous of a band and chartered and opens that school for those people and I thought it was so wonderful but the Cowboys never wrote about that. That's okay because the year later when Live Aid came around and every band thought that Queen days of being one of the best bands were over especially after hot space in 1982 and The Works in 1984 was really good but not as good as News of the World jazz Bohemian Rhapsody sheer heart attack, & Bob Geldof ordered them to regroup and perform at Live Aid but they had just gotten back from tour in May and they really just wanted a break from each other for a while. Bob Geldof went back to his office and told his assistant that he told Freddie he was doing it😂😂 lol Freddie was fine with it, but he just kind of had to be talked into it a little bit after coming off of tour, and then right before the concert Fred gets a throat infection and his doctor tells him not to perform but he did anyway. Despite all of the crap spread about this band for a year and especially just prior to Live Aid when the bands that were performing new Queen was going to be part of the show three weeks before the concert and they all thought that Queen had their time and they were past their golden years. WRONG! QUEEN so that show and slammed everybody into the wind and they knew it.

Most definitely he is a drumming rock legend and vocalist as well. Roger was the party boy of the band! Everybody thinks that Freddie Mercury was the wildest but he really wasn't. It was Roger. Freddy just got a lot of flak when Paul prenter came to the band in 1977 after they were managing themselves and he was Freddie Mercury's personal manager and a horrible influence on him. I think that Paul was super in love with Freddie in reality and he knew Freddie was not in love with him, & then Paul just decided that he would hang with Freddy and use him for whatever he could get. Freddie was very generous and paid for all of the party stuff in addition to a lot of meals for people that work for the Royal Ballet that didn't make much money. He became really good friends with most of those guys and that's where he met Peter Freestone that later became his personal assistant and close friend. Freddie also got certain drugs and Paul had a horrible cocaine habit. Freddie would use cocaine occasionally, but he was not an addict like Paul Prenter.

He was such a cutie and most definitely by the late 70s and 80s when he cut his hair shorter. Is longer hair was okay but I really like Brian's hair and Freddy's hair longer because Freddy had gorgeous natural black wavy hair and I'm sure women were jealous of it because they wanted hair like that. It was okay when he cut it a little shorter in 1976 but when he cut it all off in 1980 & grew the mustache I thought he was still handsome looking to spite his buck teeth but the mustache hid that a lot. I just don't care for facial hair and I loved Freddy's hair eyes and facial structure between 1974 and 1979. God she had beautiful eyes and beautiful hair. John Deacon definitely look better with shorter hair and I love that perm he had for Live Aid

After LIAR on the first album and then a track called Some Day, One Day on Queen II it became obvious that this was a drummer I could enjoy and went to see four live shows... still enjoying his work 46 years later.

Roger Taylor at his best. Not only a fantastic drummer with so recognisable back-beat, but also great singer and songwriter. See kids, this is what true musician means.
