Rogues are the iconic thief class, using daggers to stab and ambush, and disabling their opponents before they have a chance to react.
Rogues have always been one of the most powerful classes in PvP, and even PvE in vanilla WoW.
TBC brought melee unfriendly raids and rogues became unwanted, but in Wrath, with the addition of new abilities and new raids, Rogues rise up to the challenge and are incredible once again in both PvE and PvP.
Out of all the classes, rogues probably had the least amount of changes to their talent trees, but that doesn’t mean that they didn’t have powerful new abilities added.
Blood Spatter: Increases the damage caused by your Garrote and Rupture abilities by 30%.
Deadly Brew: When you apply Instant, Wound or Mind-Numbing poison to a target, you have a 100% chance to apply Crippling Poison.
Focusing Attacks: Your melee critical strikes have a 100% chance to give you 2 energy.
Turn the Tables: Whenever anyone in your party or raid blocks, dodges, or parries an attack your chance to critically hit with all combo moves is increased by 6% for 8 seconds.
Cut to the Chase: Your Eviscerate and Envenom abilities have a 100% chance to refresh your Slice and Dice duration to its 5 combo point maximum.
Hunger for Blood: Enrages you, increasing all damage caused by 5%. Requires a bleed effect to be active on the target. Lasts 1 min.
Unfair Advantage: Whenever you dodge an attack you gain an Unfair Advantage, striking back for 100% of your main hand weapon’s damage. This cannot occur more than once per second.

@@jamesplitter14 combat 70-80 because you can pull large packs of quest mobs, pop evasion (improved evasion gives you a free hit on dodge), pop blade flurry and go to town.

Few things on muti rogue: You don't use bleeds because that would mean less uptime on Envenom buff and also turn the tables is useless because it's for your combo moves (mutilate), not your finisher and mutilate already has a huge crit chance because of talents and you need the points somewhere else

You still have to use garrote and rupture (occasionally), if there is no combat rogue in your roster to use rupture or a warrior to rend u are forced to use even a 1 combo point rupture to be able to use hunger for blood

I hate starting a rogue, 1-10 you are really fragile and sensitive, then once you can dual wield you miss 60% of your attacks until you get your hit rating up.

Sub is basically a stunbot in LK and even for pvp, assa is better in terms of damage. Also, up to ulduar, you can top charts with assa.
