Absolutely! For me I went for the look matching my gym setup with the black cerakote, but the SS one is gorgeous too!

That black looks better than the Rogue web site. I think I will get one, either blue or red or black! Tough to choose!

@@maximusstrength157 Which color would you choose? Seem like Red sells the most, but does come back in stock. The blue looks cool on rogues web site, but concern in person will not look as good. Your black looks cool with the rogue Logo.

@@apollostatuary4286 The red looks fantastic on their website for sure! That's the reason I was attracted to the Cerakote finish. You're 100% correct, how they look in person is what matters. At 0:33 the Red with colored bumper plates (like I have) looks childish. I already have a black bar so I knew how it would look with my plates. What plates do you have?

Thanks for the review. I purchased the normal Ohio bar but haven’t gotten it yet. I’m worried the knurl won’t be aggressive enough for deadlifts. What do you think? My deadlift is around 500

I hear you! That's why I tested it right away on the Power bar, but still needed to chalk and use hook grip or straps for sure.

How have the black sleeves been holding up for you? I hear mixed reviews of the black sleeves but they just look so damn good on a black bar!

Hey Mike! Yes they do! Great question, I worried about the same thing before I bought it! As you saw I'm only using bumper plates which is easier than steel plates. The sleeves transfer a bit on the change plates actually! Lots of cerakote coating, I think it will hold for a long time, wouldn't worry about it.

Would the red peel or flake or come off after a while?

@@arilsamuel8611 I’ve only had it for a few month but so far no issues. It sits in my garage in Ohio. I haven’t used it much because right after I built my home gym I got covid real bad and wasn’t able to lift. Starting up again Monday. I haven’t given it heavy use yet
