Her singing of this song rather, poetry, is by far the most beautiful sound I have ever heard from another person. I have no musical talent but you can hear how smoothly, beautifully and passionately she brings you up through each note and tone then brings you down ever so softly once again. You are moving and swaying with each syllable and each note. I don't k ow how to explain it but her voice doesn't stand still. You feel you are physically being pulled this way and that way, her voice is restricted and then it is free... She widens her tones and pulls it back in. It's just so fabulous and I have never heard anything like this before. The end, the last phrase is literally like butterflies fluttering in the sunshine in a garden of flowers, it's so beautiful. And the words to this song are so loving, genuine, tender and strong.. Honourable. I wish so much if I could be a native Spanish speaker to understand it so much more 😢 Its a blessed day to be a Spaniard 💕

This song is a wonderful version of Los Chunguitos group. This performance was in honor of the soundtrack of a spanish movie “Deprisa, deprisa” (1981) directed by Carlos Saura. This is the reason why Rosalía tribute her version of “me quedo contigo” at Goya awards 2019 (spanish films awards)

Rosalía has such a talent to convey emotion in whatever she sings that it's not surprising you cried...I know I did the first time I heard this too ♥️ I really hope you continue to react to her as she has so much substance and talent. My favourite live performance of hers is De Plata live from Seville...it's astounding!
