Hopping from island to island, living off the land and sea, waking up to a sunrise on the beach, etc. The sense of tranquility and peace of mind you must feel when you go on these excursions must be off the charts!
@akagamishanks27743 жыл бұрын
Yeah, I was thinking the same until I got the chance to go camping with some friends, the amount of work we had to do to set thing up and moving form location to location is the most brutal shit ever, also thinking about the logistics before the trip can be problematic if you don't have prior experience, it's a real trial by fire, I get to go camping in the mountains with plenty of breathtaking views and waterfalls for 14 days, although I get to experience the beautiful nature and had actually a great time, I would never do it again only cause of the hard work I had to do, if you can't compromise convenience stuff that you have in daily life and you are not easygoing character, camping is not for you.
@counterfeit44503 жыл бұрын
@@akagamishanks2774 It's sad because modern life has turned the average person into someone who likely wouldn't give up convenience to experience this kind of stuff. If more people were forced to live of of the land instead of depending on the convenient modern society, I feel like society would just be better overall. I'm guilty myself.

love your new pan! picked up the same one at "wally world" a few years back. bought a 2nd one i like it so much. I will give this tip: since i am such a big fan of cast iron and carbon steel cooking; i build a fire with the pan at the bottom to burn off all the coating (it burns of eventually anyways) then spent a few weeks oiling and baking it to "cure"it. amazing natural non-stick that is easy to maintain over years and years. Great fish btw! Fat boy here really enjoys eating loads of fish. I'm landlocked in AZ, USA and really miss being stationed in GA by the ocean or in TX with all the creeks and lakes. Keep up the awesome work mate, love your videos!

Bro/Mate, you should offer guided trips or something. I am positive Americans would pay $1000+ USD for an overnight trip like you do. Get some extra gear, have them pay to rent for a boat like yours or something. To you it prob doesn’t seem that special, but to us fat Americans this is amazing. The snorkeling, fishing with that gun underwater, simple but delicious food. It just seems like paradise. Maybe because it’s currently -16F/-26C where I am:)
