I don't think so. You probably want to go to Settings, System, Power, Auto power savings and see if that works for you.

Actually I found out how to add them. Go into Settings and then go into Home screen. There you'll find Shortcuts. Hope this helps : )

Another option is while watching a program/channel is to press the * key on your remote. This will bring up a few options one of which is sleep timer. You use the up/down arrows around the OK button to navigate.
