The curse makes it so that it turns bad girls "good". The process it does this is by making Rokudou appear as someone attractive to them. For normal delinquent girls this is is more mild, but for the crazy ones like Himeno and Yashiya it means making him appear as their preferred type (Prince vs Strong man ) flavored by their preferences (prevent him from biking by any means necessary vs BREAK HIM).
