my 202 has some issues with the jog wheels. randomly they stop functioning as they should (usually after a few minutes of working fine). the wheel sides act like vinyl instead of very slow back/forward, if the wheel is touched it stops the music completely, play button is functioning on serato, which means the play button becomes blue when pressed play on the controller but the music doesn't play unless I click with the mouse somewhere on the specific waveform. any ideas what the problem is??

Lets get TwiSteD yes i just activated pro version by monthly payment where it asks what exact controller i use. After that it works perfectly

Very late reply but experienced the same bug. Left deck only deck 1 and 3 (left jog) .Trouble shooting carried out~updated firmware etc. Still same issue. Windows 10 laptop using both serato dj lite and dj pro trial version. Took it back to store and carried out further trouble shooting on mac and second controller. Stores controller was faultless on my laptop. Glad i took out extended warranty its currently at Roland will post update

Can you use the pads to set 8 cue points? Most entry-level dj controllers only offer the option to set 4 even though they have 8 pads.
