9:49 Today I was trying to setup MIDI to have possibility to change Patches by pedalboard MIDI controller - and I did that with success :) Wanted to share with You, cause I was reading manual and found out (and I even see now on the panel itself ! ) that You can easy change Part from A to B and reverse by Holding NOTE button and pressing TONE A (for A part) or TONE B (for B part). Also by sending MIDI CC 32 with value 1 You can access Patches saved under C and D letter, while value 0 i for A and B.

Congratulations. The pedalboard MIDI Controller takes me back to my days of guitar synthesis. I’m glad that you were able to figure out how to switch patches this way. You know, I almost forgot you could switch parts that way. Thank you for the reminder. I’ll have to give the MIDI CC’s a try. I usually use them for automation but this too seems like an excellent application. Thank you for the brilliant tips and observations!

Yes. It is. There is an arpeggiator function built into the unit. If I’m not mistaken, you can sequence the appreciated playback. It’s pretty intuitive. I’ll have to mention this in one of my future videos. Thank you for the question.

@@dncmusic8070 Thanks for the prompt answer, Mr. Cooldude Sir! The way i used (not too many synthesizers) is only by hearing... because i don`t know notes at all. I change parameters, filters, envelopes aso.. until i hear a ghostvoice or effect (certain frequencis and vibrations rub against each other, causing a NEW cat to appear) This is an adventure...you don`t know to which cat it will lead you. Will it be a weird new percussion ? Will it be a mystic lead ? Well some times THEY are sleeping 🥸 All the best to you!

I have a topic for You to explain if You want it to make. In JD-08 You can assign specific key or range of keys to make sounds from one Tone. For example patch B.16 have drums and by pressing some keys You have Kick, some have only snare and some only hi hat. How to make that. Another topic (or maybe the same) is it possible to split keys to play two different patches at once (one side for bass pads and second for lead) ?
