Hi, I have trouble with an 80 steps sequence (5 bars for all 4 tracks) that doesn't play in its entirety during scene chain. It only plays the first 4 bars and skips to the next scene. When I turn off scene chain, the clip plays all 5 measures. Do I have a faulty unit or is it a bug with odd measures during scene chaining?

@@teabreakbeats really? Well if you're interested this track has a mixed odd time signature for the majority of the track with some syncopation (although the end devolves into 4/4). It's all made on the mc101 with no external effects or overdubs. Just 4 tracks and switching scenes manually by hand. Just a heads up my music is kinda... weird kzbin.info/www/bejne/ql60p3poqdppZ80 I've done other odd signature stuff, but very little on the mc101 due to lack of familiarity. I love the little box though, it packs a punch

Is there no way to e.g. have 24 steps in a clip (i.e. 2 bars of 3/4) while having each bar of the clip start on the step corresponding to the first pad?

Hi - As I'm not a keyboard player, the only keyboard controller I have with physical midi-out ports is the novation mini-nova (I was a beta tester of that unit and kept it since - it's great and is an actual synth!). However, I've heard good things about the Arturia controller keyboards that Tony recommends (although I don't actually own one). Thanks for watching!

I using my korg Triton taktile 49 midi keyboard... And u can use aftertouch, modwheel, and the pitch wheel even chords and arpeggiator are very usefull with this...

Is it possible to send the metronome output just to the phones output?

Hi - in the latest update, there are some options to send metronome out, but I think it will always contain the mix as well as the metronome in both the phones and the physical outputs at the back of the MC-101 (there may be a way but I can't figure it out). I think the only option is to send the metronome through the physical outputs with the main mix, and then have the USB output without the metronome (you will then need to connect to the computer to hear without the metronome). Hi thanks for watching - my first groovebox was an MPC500!!! I totally regret selling it. I also have an MPC Live but I must admit, I am currently using the MC-101 much more! I think growing up with the MPC500, I can't get used to a touchscreen on the Live. The only thing is the total sample time isn't as good as the MPC, but for one-shots it is great! Pretty good package for such a small device!

@@teabreakbeats I'am used to MPC 500 Pads and how are the pads compared to them cause i bought Not Long ago the sp 404a and regreted it instanly cause the pads felt so wrong to me and i sended it back
