Thanks teabreakbeats. Solid video. I managed to figure out how to multitrack the mc101 with other devices plugged as well. Took a lot of caffeine, but got there in the end. Funny to see my face at the start of the video!!

Hey thanks for this video! I followed the steps but I'm finding that it's generally making everything super shaky. Like my TR and MC will just randomly drop a beat. Sometimes all my USB devices will just power-down if the latency is too low (I might be pushing the USB to its limit, mind you - there are like 15 devices connected so maybe there's just no more bandwidth/power available). Is this something you've experienced? Am I missing anything, perhaps in the additional advanced options or something in my DAW (Live)?

Hi Paul, I've never tried it with that many devices! I don't even think I own that many! Have you tried increasing the buffer size (not ideal as it introduces latency)? Thanks for watching

You know that you are the only one who gives in 4 minutes the solution to a problem almost anyone is at some point thinking about. I do this professionally for over 20 years, I was Beta Testet at Logic Audio, I worked 6 years in Studio sales, and back in the day when Microsoft don't want you to record Audio with your win 98 PC, I managed to sync 2 turtle beachs. So...that I never thought of merging multiple asio interfaces just using the good old and still gold asio4all.... is so embarrassing that it's a nice case of "Laughing at your own stupidity!" Here is a little lifehack for you in return: If you are the type who is always struggling to remember in which direction to open a nut, you only have to know that the german word for "NUT" is "MOTHER". So. You open a nut to the left. To your heart. Because: Your mother will ALWAYS have an open heart for you and YOU should do the same! ;-) (and the opposite is with the screw...on the "father side" who never wanted you to become a musician^^)

@@teabreakbeats I think I figured it out in Logic Pro X. Create an aggregate device via Mac OS XI Audio Midi Setup utility. Use this aggregate device for each audio track you need for external hardware. In my setup, I am using an MC-101 and a JU-06A connected to my Mac. I'm controlling the MC-101 with a Keystep Pro. The Keystep is not counted as an Midi instrument in my Logic Pro setup. I have five audio tracks for the MC-101 and one track for the JU-06A and can record all audio tracks in Logic Pro.

@@matsuda150 Great - sounds like you got it working! JU-06A + MC-101 sounds like a great setup. You got any music to share?

@@teabreakbeats No. I just started using DAW, sequencers, and instruments recently. My background isn't even music - LoL.
