Had mine for 1 month - and it has been down for 2 weeks now - they cant figure out what is wrong with it - keeps giving them all sorts of error codes

I'm sorry to hear you are having issues with your machine, I'm sure Roland are doing everything they can to resolve it for you. They are very good at what they do.

Will this print in LDPE?

Yes as a UV machine it will print onto pretty much anything you can get into it, some materials may need primer to get the ink to stick more though glass and metals usually.

Does it support bi-directional printing?

Hello, while it is not bi-directional it does have larger printheads in a staggered format for quicker printing
