I have a Roland XR-640 with a slight mixing of yellow and magenta on the B head its find while printing but after it sets its mixed for about 6 passes. Is the head cracked or is there something else. Thank you for the video.

Wow. I thought my UV LEJ-640 Flatbed was a pain to change heads. This machine is rediculous compared to mine. What a nightmare compared to mine. Especially how the ink lines connect to the head. I'll take the epson DX-4 head any day over this configuration

@@viktorperalta3090 debió de cambiar los dampers en primer lugar.

@@viktorperalta3090 una de las cosas es que no es cuidadoso con los tornillos que extrae, uno de ellos se le cayo al piso , teniendo un recipiente para guardarlos y no lo hace con todos los tornillos, falta de orden.

XF-640,RF-640 = DX7 print head . but, There are different types of DX7 printer heads.

If you have two color that are no firing at all, may be you have a broken fuse... Will depend of your model...

This is not the right procedure to replace a Print Head, this guy is a Butcher... Need to pump up the ink first, before remove the head... Terrible...

Андрей Серков there is no need to limit posistion. just adjust bi direction. its alot easier compared to the single head/colour.

Spub Desigh may be you have a broken fuse. If those two color don't print at all... Will depend of your printer plotter model...
