Great video again, also interestingly you seldom see a better example of a right retrieve and left retrieve, sometime I would like to hear your idea why most everyone uses the same spin reel , but casters seem to mostly favor right, also your video on Carolina rig is one of the great how to videos I ever seen.
@RolandMartinOutdoors4 жыл бұрын
I've tried both but have more control with a right hand casting reel and a left hand spinning reel!

Roland, I love your videos. I struggle often. When you get out there, what are the conditions you’re seeing that lead you to believe certain lures are better than others? For example, chose to throw a swim jig over a bladed jig (chatter bait). What was the reasoning? You chose pure white swim bait? Understanding the conditions and what works best is a real topic of interest. I have so many choices in the boat, which lure do I choose based on the conditions?

Okay Roland I have awould it be a good idea every time that you go fishing about a foot from the top of the bait where it's tied to the hook about a foot above it will it be a good idea to cut and retire each and every time whether it be braids fluorocarbon or monofilament

No so. Many fishing this lake are only catching a few dinks in a day. I saw Roland at the ramp one day. He put his time in to find the fish and figure out how to catch them. He knows what he is doing and works hard to put quality videos together.
@jnpcd21364 жыл бұрын
@@billpattison I know I love Roland videos I was kidding and also want him to fish lake mead when the weather is better it's like 113 out here every day. I've heard him mention fishing lake mead before.
