@sw4rmify9 ай бұрын
I have anecdotal evidence in my past of this happening. Currently trying supplementation again and seeing if it happens again

Me too, I'm having palpitations when I take creatine, but they will go away when i stopped taking them.

You know, it’s hard to find many doctors talking about this, but you can find many people who use creatine such as myself who will tell you. We have heart issues when we take it but when we stop taking it, the heart issues go away. All anybody says that’s pro Creatine is that it’s not the creatine, you’re dehydrated( I drink tons of water) this or that but I’m telling you when I stop taking it I feel 100 times better, my heart doesn’t palpitate my varicose veins, shrink in size as well. I hate it because I get so strong and jacked but I don’t wanna die from it

This should be researched more… have you tried a lower dosage?

I feel like a needle is pinching my heart. And palpitations too.

Y’all need to go see a cardiologist. I thought it was the creatine too until I got bloodwork done and had insane levels of cholesterol. Anything that puts further strain on the heart is only going to get you faster to a heart attack. If your bloodwork is all good then see a cardiologist and perform all tests. Sometimes, people are born with genetic defects that we aren’t aware of.

Oh my god I am not alone. My heart beat increases like crazy when I take creatine. I have done a complete cardiac evaluation test and found no problems with my heart or body. But when I take creatine my heart beat is crazy. So, I stopped taking it and the heart rate got normal again. Like he said I love creatine and it's benefits but I don't want a cardiac arrest

Me too. Started taking creatine 3 months ago and I'm having palpitations and skipped beats. Stopped taking them for a week and those symptoms went away.

Can I get back to taking creatine monohydrate after my MI? It’s been 6 months. EF is now 53%. I’m doing well overall. Medicated for HBP, high cholesterol and currently taking warfarin / anti coagulants for a blood clot in the heart that is clear or almost clear. Cat scan soon. Thank you.

So is creating good for the heart or it’s not?

From what I gather, yes,, but for people on dieretic meds, "water pills" like most congestive heart failure patients need to consult doctor because it can increase risk of kidney problems..

The professor should exercise a lot more the English language. Like most Italians he believes he speaks very well english because nobody helps him to better the phonetics. Mean while it would be better to speakover this tolk by a native english speaker. You can test the terribly wrong results by the automatic generated subtitles where most words are mistaken. 😎
