Unless you are an ex pro with an extensive network of mates at football clubs....you ARE NOT going to get employed in recruitment. Its a closed shop as football is not what you know, it is WHO you know. Dont waste your money on Talent ID courses that are meaningless grifts (Adverts on Twitter + Facebook + LinkedIn etc etc) and dont give you a proper qualification. Go through your countries FA ..Like the FA in England has a FREE online level 1 Talent ID course ..But every subsequent level is increasingly harder to get on because Football clubs send employees and Players on them which fills up the places ..cost is really expensive on the LvL 3 upwards and there is still NO guarantee you will get employment even with that. The reason why English football is pure CROYNISM and POOR COACHING is the nauseating arrogant belief that ..." Just because Im the Caretaker before the summer holidays ... I can be the Headmaster in September "

Looks like the Chelsea scouts haven't been in use for some time 😅. They seem to have done many deals without considering the Scout reports .
