I am very good with points 1, 3, and 4, good with point 2 (however I deal with this by doublechecking what I talk and write). About point 5 I use to delegate problem solving in order to let people who is more skilled on specific fields to clear them out, so I learn from them, contribute to their status in the team and get recognition from my attitude.
