Great video, both wonderful watches. I love the dial colour on the OP but the DJ in 36mm and the date window with the magnifier wins it for me. I just bought my dream watch the BB58 its superb. Would love to purchase a Rolex one day.

I'm struggling to choose. I'm pretty certain it'll be a datejust, in your configuration, but just not sure about the dial.. I'm torn between blue and white Roman ... love the look of both, so this is a tricky choice. It will be my main do it all watch, along with a Smiths PRS-29A field watch and a G shock

Roman is classy but I would prefer lumed hands and indices. Can’t go wrong with either dial!

DJ on the Oyester bracelet isn't great, the fully brushed look of the OP is the winner. But the DJ looks best in a jubilee bracelet with the smooth bezel, not as blingy as the fluted bezel, with a silver, blue, black or mint green dial. In both 36 and 41mm. The OP in either size with the blue, silver or black dials. Both watches are great for the boardroom or bbq contrary to your statement, but this is all subjective... the new 41mm OP is actually a 39.5mm if measured at home, fits great, like the previous 39mm model shown here.

For me the choice would be. A blue dial 36mm OP. It's under the radar doesn't get scratched mostly brushed finish. A casual everyday watch or weekend watch. A blue dial fluted bezel jubilee bracelet 36mm Date Just would be a everyday work office dress watch.

The current OP's are nice with most of the indices being lumed. 36mm is just a great size all around!

@@BrokeWatchFanatic You can opt for the third option... Get an Explorer 36mm. Although I love my 36mm Explorer. I can see myself getting a dark blue dial 36mm OP. I never had a blue dial watch but the OP would be my first blue dial if I had a choice.

If OPs will start having fluted bezel and jubilee bracelet, I would go crazy. I prefer a watch with no date.

Datejust, because it can be configured with a flutted bezel, roman numeral dial, and a jubilee bracelet. OPs are boring.

I initially wanted the dark rhodium dial but I changed my mind. The Datejust is much better for me.
