SCOTUS doesn’t recuse when it obviously should so there are problems with doing what is proper and fair.

What happened on Baldwin, happened over and over on Karen Read, but the judge and prosecutor were just like no big deal- manipulated police video, evidence with out chain of custody, lying prosecution witnesses.. Without the Federal Grand Jury, they would have ramed her case thru. That grand jury alone, the judge should have sanctioned the Prosecution for what was unearthed.

Hi Joe, great review of cases. So glad you kept politics out. I wanted to let you know that Kari Morrissey in New Mexico was a Special Prosecutor brought in ONLY for 2 Rust trials. Ms. Morrissey is actually a defense attorney in private practice. That will probably prevent in other cases being over turned. Love your show from New Mexico.

Judge Krause **side eye** recused Glanville only because he defended himself on the bench. That is a judicial no-no. The recusal was NOT for the blatantly high handed rulings he made over the ex parte meeting which excluded the defense! Imo, the trial should move out of Fulton County altogether.

I went through the Tarantino plunge wAy back; overrated, (especially after my take on him personally). I feel Sarge may relate to me- where I feel I've experienced life at a speed/ perspective (especially NY based), to where's that overstimulation curveball on the daily alone- served me enough 'entertainment.
