super late comment, but ive been searching for days on how to get a token for my player characters that weren't garbage. Within ten minutes of watching this vid, I made nice, custom tokens for every player i have in both 5e campaigns i run. You'll never see this but thanks!

Totally love it as I use my work notebook most of the time and I can't install any extra programs. Hi Cody. Token Stamp 2 now has lots of different "rings" and other effects, and it's really easy. If there's something you think is equal or better I'd like to know, because for now that's the only one I know about.

Thanks Matt! I really would like to be completely honest I don't want to cough up the money lol. I have my physical book arriving this week, so maybe I'll do something for that. It's not that Roll20 doesn't offer great value, I just don't want to have to spend $100+ tax for every single book that gets released. I have asked Roll20 in the past for a review copy and was turned down, but maybe I can get them to change their minds one day. ;-)

My Hex tokens borders are broken. None of them work. They DON'T clip the background. I uninstalled and reinstalled it. NOPE. I tried putting my own in. NOPE. How do I make new hex token boarders

Downloading Token Tool is the most complicated and unfriendly thing I've had to do. I've been dicking around with trying to figure out how to make it work for 45 minutes already and I've given up. Perhaps you should really include a tutorial on how to even install the damn thing first.

how do I easily change the size of the image that I drag and drop so I can size it for the token? You use these clickable arrows called "edge correction" that I can't seem to find when I open Token Tool. I have ver 2.1 if that matters.

You can use the mouse scroll wheel, but I don't know if there's another way to do it too :/

I have download the Zip files and I have extracted them but i don't find any executor program to launch Tokentools ?

It uses java, so first make sure you have that installed. Once you do, you should be able to just open it by double clicking the .jar file in the main folder.

The tool is a java .jar file, so you will need to have java installed in order to use it. Provided you have java, you should be able to just extract the files from the .zip and double click the main .jar to open the program.

I feel like you might have found this over the last three days, and there might be an easier way to do this, but bring up a map, click art library (where you search for other people's tokens and such) and underneath the search bar thingie you'll see premium assets and my library. Click my library, upload, and voila: tokens.

link 1 did not install looking like what u have on your screen. it said map tool not token tool. i will uninstall link 1. why the hell did u want us to get link 1? u never mentioned ANYTHING about "Map Tool" . you kept talking about "Token Tool". please remove link 1 because it has NOTHING to do with making tokens.

So moving the Players tag moves the players visuals but how do you bring along their tokens?

"Bring along their tokens"? If you mean from page to page, then you just pull another token out, and move them to the new page to see.
