I want to ask. What is the problem that every time I cut rubber using this rotary cutter, there is a part of the rubber that is cut that is not completely cut off?

the follwoing factors have influence on the cutting result: -sharpness of the blade -pressure force on the cutter -consistance of the cutting mat -thickness of the flatband rubber; if it is thick you need good pressure on the cutter
