The slow down is really helpful. Slot of people freeze and explain then resume. This is much smoother and allows people to see the whole segment on certain moves and movement

You really practice what you preach, dynamic pins, not once did you settle on one pin,kept it moving,staying ahead of his escapes until it was time to attack taking what he gave you. When your brown belt tried a static pin against you instead of being dynamic, you escaped right away and attacked. Those dynamic pins are killer, awesome to see

Thanks for sharing the commentary. Love the pressure you are making by trying different plans at the same time so the oponnent never knows what exactly to defend. Also love your jump over the opponent to reach his back

Idk if you remember but I started my journey 3 years ago. I'm happy to say that I've earned my blue belt and im even more dedicated than I was before. Jiujitsu has become a part of me that i do not want to give up
