Chumbawamba actually had a potentially worse cover for the album Anarchy. I must confess that Ive seen them play live on four different occasions - perhaps more than any other band! But three of those gigs were free! An honourable mention, I think, is the Kevin Rowland solo album My Beauty - if you’re not familiar then go check it out. But be warned - it’s horrendous!

When was last time Rolling Stone was right about music? And I am talking about coming to the party late, seeing what is safe to declare “good” and then acting like they are the authority on it. Greatest “this or that” lists is all they know. But it’s true - there’s bad covers, and then there are funny ones. The point of the cover was to tell you what’s in the can!

Rolling Stone Magazine responsible for the appalling Rolling Stone record guide! The Red volume is recommended! Kate Bush compared to a vacuum cleaner! A band called the Dictators were slagged off! Then Rolling Stone magazine found out Bruce Springsteen was on it from the red edition ■ Blue edition ***** And that's all you need to know! A rag of a magazine! Personal attacks rather than reviewing albums! They are replacing all their old reviews online! I know someone is saving the old ones as a project! On album covers many dreadful ones! And others just foul of WOKE Political Correctness! As you go through the list it's seeing you get annoyed with them as well! Worst cover Scorpions Virgin Killer so bad cover withdrawn changed to a band photo in 1976 and Blind Faith original cover! Both unacceptable!
