JACOB! Hey, I was watching one of you guy's earlier Elden Ring streams and you mentioned you were having panic attacks. So sorry to hear that. I know they suck and anxiety just kinda takes the fun out of everything. However, I wanted to share a few things that have completely stopped my panic attacks. Hopefully they can benefit you and anyone else who's reading this. -Start taking magnesium! - Take an adrenal complex (MUST have grass fed, organic bovine adrenal) - Stay away from processed foods and additives (ESPECIALLY HFC and MSG). No white sugar. (Maple syrup, honey, and coconut sugar are clean sugars) - Avoid gluten - Eat an insane amount of leafy greens, berries, and other veggies. -Ease up on the coffee or energy drinks - AVOID alcohol (This stresses your liver and can cause all sorts of neurological issues including anxiety and depression) - Sleep when you are tired (even if it's in the middle of the day. Your body is trying to make up for your energy deficit) - Drink LOTS of clean water to help flush all of those toxins out of your system - Make sure you're not constipated. Bad stuff has to come out or it can build up and make your anxiety worse. It won't be instantaneous but you should start seeing results within 2-3 days; at least I did. If none of that works, maybe get tested for heavy metal toxicity. That was one of my main issues and it's more common than you might think; especially for anyone living in an industrial area and drinking the water. Wishing you a quick recovery. All the best. PS I also take an herb called mucuna which naturally increases l-dopa levels. Helps a lot to stay calm and feel a general sense of wellness.
