My son who is from Leyland, Lancashire in the UK, has one of these beautiful cars. It is a 1973 model in Caribbean Blue. Absolutely magnificent vehicle. He lives in Beverly Hills , California. I went to see him in March and we drove down Rodeo Drive. Plenty of attention as expected!

I have a 1979 Silver Shadow 11, bought it in 2009 and - like John - I had a lot of study to do so that I could maintain it economically. Flushing the brake/hydraulic fluid biannually and replacing all the flexi hydraulic hoses every 8 years is very important. It rides beautifully and the more it's driven the better it goes.
