Following the death of Constantine, Christianity was finally here to stay in the Roman Empire. But one future emperor, Julian, attempted to turn the clocks back to the perceived glory days of paganism and Greco-Roman philosophy. Ultimately he failed, and his legacy has more to do with the campaign launched against Persia. But who was this man, and why did he attempt to do the things he did?
