Being Danish, I've never understood the British chit chat. When I was living in England, I had to get used to, to not tell people how I was actually feeling, when they asked "How're you?". The first many times, I was about to tell them how I was actually feeling, but before I could end my sentence, the person was like "Okay bye!" and I got awfully offended, because why did they then ask how I was, when they didn't wanted to actually hear it?! 😅 haha. I spoke to my British friend about it too. And she does see the problem from my perspective. She didn't think about until I put it into words though. In Denmark, we do ask each other "How're you doing?" to actually hear how the person IS doing. Some people are better than others to take in when people are telling them they're not doing good, but in all I feel like we're good at talking about it 🙂

You are right. U.K. is more surface not as deep! Only your true friends have genuine interest. When I visited Netherlands, it was a different vibe, deeper connection.

That Jamie - Alex chemistry is effortless, also should've got both your names somewhere in the title or description for the algorithm 👍

found the mental health conversations a bit boring and draining to be honest.... Heard the same stuff repeated so many times, It really makes me yawn now....... People think, well U have to make sure that you have the conversation because 'NO-ONE' is talking about it..... but from my side, EVERYONE is talking about it and it's starting to get annoying to be honest, and one of the subjects that is more than likely going to make switch over and listening to something else..... No offence... It just has become a total dead zone for me..... There's a difference between talking about how to become happier and just being happy..... I'd rather be happy than talk about how to be happy...... Alot of what people are calling 'talking about mental health' is just coming up with reasons to justify complaining about shit, whilst saying 'you have to talk about how you feel'........ Depends on what you're feeling to be honest. Just going on and on about misery and sadness and stuff isn't always helpful if you are miserable and sad. A welcomed distraction is often a good thing.... To me, talking about mental health isn't always good, helpful or 'important' like the self proclaimed 'woke' generation of morons assert it is with total presumption and inability to see their blind spots.

You’ve left numerous negative comments on this channel.. you might need the mental health chat more than you realize mate

@@Sbs349 My point was that it's all people seem to talk about, meaning that I AM talking about it to such a degree, that it's becoming really tiresome and boring and simply a DEAD topic of conversation.... So i think you've missed the point entirely of what i've just said....... You're saying i 'need the mental health chat' whatever that mean in your weird little world. I'm telling you that i'm talking about mental health SO OFTEN and IN SUCH DETAIL thats it's becoming really fucking boring..... I.E it's being absolutely done to death. That's what i'm complaining about. If you think that's 'negative', whatever your personal definition of that word is, that's up to you. It's not negative or positive to me. It's just how I felt when I commented, and I defend my right to comment and I think my feelings are and were valid. If I'm feeling something, how could it possibly not be ok, considering that I'm feeling it and there's no way around it.... Sounds personally to me like you're trying to suppress the 'mental health conversation' from happening..... I'm up for it- I'm just saying it's often DEAD and BORING
