What’s missing here which you can just see in some pictures is the roof lines of the lodges to the holiday park that touches the walls of the property also when it was up for sale before it had 6 acres of beach and was listed at 9000 square feet clearly this has been earmarked for future development it’s called the Old Gunnery look at the planning denials for its construction
