I love the SaGa series especially Romancing SaGa, they're known for being very off the cuff RPGs with amazing music. It's one of Square's oldest series next to Final Fantasy.

This song always stood out to me as one of, if not my favorite in the game. Also, the HD remaster of this game comes out in a couple days (December 1st) and you better believe I will be all over it! More playable characters, enhanced graphics, and extra features. Looks very much like they are doing everything right.

Here's the best part; this is a Boss Theme for the big bad's main trio of minions. If you wanna hear more Flamenco guitar in video games; listen to Eyes of The Dragon from Atelier Rorona, it's got a whole mix of great European instraments.

Glad you enjoyed this song, it's easily one of the better songs in this game. Good news is that this game got announced for a remaster coming out Dec 1st 2022! While the game itself is a bit hard to go in blind, I feel like the payoff is very much worth it, so I hope you give it a shot!

Definitely watch/listen to the live at shibuya duo version of this song, lots of great solos in it. Definitely my favorite version of the song.

I love this game and this series. I've put over 400 hours into this one title alone playing all the characters through and getting everything except the final boss with 10 fatestones. They are tough as nails but they grow on you so hard. Even the early 90s SNES games have such kicking tracks. Kenji Ito is amazing!

If you like this you should definitely listen to the fire temple and wind temple of tales of Zestiria ( the game sucks but some soundtrack are incredible , thanks to goo shiina , probably one of the only composer who can match Soken )

Interesting track and interesting to hear your input on the flamenco in particular, for me personally this track didn't really do enough, the flamenco solo was beautiful but apart from that not much sticks out tbh. I guess it is meant to be the star of the show but I don't know I'm left wanting for more variety from the entire song
