Is it true that etude house fixing tint is very drying compared to romand blur fudge tints?

It dries matte so it's not as moisturizing as Romand's which has a velvety finish. I've read it's drying for people who are prone to dry lips otherwise good lip prepping should work! Hope this helps.

@@lululandYT yes it's better to moisturize the lips prior to applying the tint.....n ofcourse romand is simply unbeatable ✌️❤️.... No wonder is the market leader 💯👍🏾 with their formula n brilliant shades. But am not able to find romand oveer shade --- unrose.
