Thanks for the insight. There sure is a lot to drink in with Romans. Jared, you do a nice job of laying it all out there in an easy way to understand. I appreciate that as my head can get a bit lost in the readings in Romans. Chris

I’m working with Indian native pastors, offering them training in 13 different languages. I wish we had this material in those languages. What a great job you’re doing! Are you all trying to have these produced in many more languages?

Probably some silly questions but why does God not just forgive everyone because he is God? Why would sacrificing his own son make him lose his wrath towards humanity? And why does he only forgives people believing in him/jesus, does that not makes him kinda self centred/ looking for recognition? Thank you in advance for helping me understand! Loving your videos for exploring christianity.

Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved (Acts 4:12). Later the apostle Paul wrote: In him (Jesus Christ) we have redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of sins, in accordance with the riches of God’s grace that he lavished on us (Ephesians 1:7). So, we can have salvation through the forgiveness of our sins by God because of the sacrifice of Jesus. He paid the ultimate penalty so that we can go free. But we need to recognize our guilt, repent of our sin, and, by faith, receive salvation. God treats us as significant moral agents who make free moral choices. Divine forgiveness must be freely accepted in order to be efficacious. If one is not ready/willing to Accept the offer that is available ,then it’s taken in . As Soap is available to everyone but one need to take and apply it to be clean .
