Makes so much sense to keep all three guys each individually bring so much to the table. Kevin does what he does he hustles and and could sell snow to a snowman. David just offers that elegant service which is hard to come by and also opens up the possibility to sell more easily to non english speaking clients from france ect and peter is just a natural watch geek and you can tell he will soak up information on all sorts of watch mechanics which for a client to be able to see the movement is invaluable. Just a random comment but Alex grinds my gears sometimes, I feel as though he isn't able to read the room and talks out of place. It happens quite often but recent situations that come to mind include him questioning Adrian during a partner's meeting and in this ep steering the focus to him being able to source a watch and then trying to take the opportunity to gloat to Adrian about it as opposed to focussing on the crux of the issue which is the process that leads to double-selling.
