it's a tough time to sell, but a great time to buy! It's definitely different from what it was like over the past couple of years. If you look as the price graphs on Watch charts, it seems to be "coming back to normal" - i.e. back to pre-pandemic pricing. Sounds like stock is available at the AD's again. Problem now is Rolex is closing all of the little AD's. We don't even have one in our town any more, and we are the capitol of the state (Michigan). I have to go almost an hour away to find a real AD.

Every market is an up and down! Pandemic prices was going absolut apeshit because a lot of people made a lot of money during that time. The market corrected itself from the crazy prices and the pandemic money is gone. The market slowed down and it will not get better in the summer because everybody is in holiday! But one is for sure, that the market will be go up.

Taking that much cash is a pain in the ass and possibly dealing taking dirty money and even possibly top quality fake bills is just not worth the trouble. Not sure why any legit buyer would even hold that much money in bills.

Almost certainly to avoid money laundering issues and having to report it to authorities. Same reason large cash deposits/withdrawals over 10k local currency are flagged with banks pretty much worldwide. Wire transfers are fully logged and audited meaning the bank doing the transfer is responsible for verifying that customers identity and so on meaning they have to monitor for the money laundering and not Roman's guys.

More specifically its for adding and removing links on the bracelet. Removing the bracelet itself has a large button that you can just use your nail on. The links also have little buttons on them that release the pins. This is really what that tool is for. Its a really cool system.

So glad to see new episodes to Grey Market! Part of what I love about LB are the personalities. Even though you don't know me, I feel like I know you guys. When I was in the market, I contacted one of your sales people directly and was very happy with the purchase. I came away feeling like I was making a relationship and not just buying a watch. Buy the dealer not the watch is a real thing. Watching today's episode and seeing Adrian take back a watch when a customer was not happy was great. He didn't have to do that, and the customer seemed out of line to me. But Adrian did right by his customer. That's why I'm happy to buy from LB. Will definitely be working with you when I am ready to buy again.

Something to try to remove box labels effectively is to use a common, cheap hair dryer. Start on low and gradually heat the label and as the glue softens use your razor knife to get under it and lift. Use high heat if necessary. I use this method so much that I will go through a $20 hair dryer every three months or so.

The comments get on Adrian's customer service but you don't always need mr. nice guy. You need someone who stands their ground, they're protecting both the customer and the company. Most costumer service is apologize profusely, take the blame, do whatever to make the customer happy, even if you lose some money. He might cause minor headache now but he could potentially save everyone a major migraine later. You can't always take people's word for it and why should you? It's only after they've already gotten away that you realize they got over on you. Could easily be a situation where one dealer is trying to pass the blame or responsibility off. Does good customer service mean just taking it in these situations? With how exact people get in that industry over details, why get wishy washy with the customer disputes. That's where you really need to be tight. Like a preventative for any potential slick shit someone might try to pull down the line. You don't bend over just because a customer is upset. You make things better by solving the problem not their feelings about it.
