The owner of Trax at 13:30 is absolutely authentic and right about sales people. Your word is your bond and you treat everyone you meet with absolute respect. I treated my customers for over 40 years the same way and that is how I successfully built a repeat customer base. Not sure if the interns understand the importance of the message from Trax, but they should go back and listen to the message and internalize it.
