I have to admit, I would like to imagine just how CONFUSED the Romans were in that fight with the Galatians fighting in a manner similar to the Romans themselves going, "Where the fuck did the barbarians learn to do that?!"

Absolutely loved this play through, I’ve been binge watching this for the last couple days now. I also very much appreciate you breaking off from the “Norm” of DEI and playing a faction a little different. I’d loved to see something really off the beaten path like Kush or something like that. Just a faction you don’t see a whole lot of in a DEI Setting would be awesome!

I like to believe that every general in charge of Caxtos' Claws gains the title of Caxtos. Kind of like how Holy Roman, German, and Austro-Hungarian Emperors were called Kaiser and the Bulgarian and Russian Emperors were called Tsar or Czar. The names being derived from Caesar.

I started watching because I started my first DEI campaign and wanted some reference, stayed for the narrative and the roleplay. And how the hell does the intro sequence get better illustrated everytime, would love to have them all clipped togheter when the series is finished and released as a separate video.

I think the campaign should at least last until the death of Magurix. Would be cool to see Magurix build something of a Justinian-era Byzantine-esquires empire, conquering Italy, the Balkans, and perhaps finally turning on his erstwhile benefactors, the Ptolemies of Egypt, for their arrogance and complete lack of help against Rome, adding Egypt and North Africa to his empire. A true Alexander come again
