Great ep! The Visigoths didn’t come close to northern gaul until the Battle of Vouillé, so you’re good to turn on them until then :) The 460s are the worst decade and you made it through! Enjoy your peace & quiet :)

Actually, you can deal with Visigoths. After you kill their original armies, they will spawn few more stacks. After these reinforcements, they are done, hence, you can wipe them out and get your Roman lands back

The In-Game information implies they keep respawning, which is why Dave paid them off to begin with.

Just so you know, the Franks are scripted to betray you and will spawn 2 full stacks right on top of your capital which will immediately initiate battle due to catapults. I was extremely lucky and had my main army garrisoned for repairs.

Love the disaster campaign! Obviously the armies are expensive, but you're still keeping in the black with your economy which is quite impressive!

I know it would make for a long campaign but it would be immensly satisfying to fully restore the Roman borders, everything south of Hadrians wall and west of the rhine.

Bruh I soloed the Franks with a bunch of regulars and some calvary my general died during battle but I killed a unique unit of the Franks and defeat them and took the city on the north of Soissons I don't remember the name but i could recruit Buceralli infantry because the Franks built the Roman levy building and somehow it was tier 2 I could recruit Buceralli infantry and mercenary spears

I don't know if it is at all possible, but if a script for no reason puts you at war again with the Goths, or any other nation, I'd find it more than reasonable to put it straight via commands
