@Victor Creed life is not just about women if thats how you feel then thats a personal problem. working out is about feeling good for yourself it has nothing to do with women if you attract women with it thats just a perk. this is the reason most women can go to the gym or club no matter how they look they appear confident because they are not thinking about men. if I know I look good feel good I have the confidence to take on difficult situations in life it Carries over to all parts of my life. true martial artist don't just learn to fight because they want to just kick ass they want to have the self discipline and confidence not to walk in fear.

The way Unc. Rom breaks down the body game is insane. It’s on deep level. Never thought it works this way. I have heard a lot of times get six packs so that your income will also get to six figures, but it didn’t motivate me. Biologically broken down body game is what attracts me. Thanks! Women respect dominance and competence in men. Most men are not both. Some men are neither and others are one or the other. You can look dominant but have weak behavior. You can be competent and security for her but not dominant. If you’re both, you’re a 3% man

Uncle Rom, I’m still slim, but I have a hardness to my body now that wasn’t present before and lately I’ve been experimenting with, “he looks like he got stamina game”. ROM, I can add a lil sumtin sumtin to this body game build and for a man what people /woman may notice is Neck width, Shoulder&traps (table top with boulders), forearms(neglected), and the Chest the Alpha Show muscles. These muscles women may see first. I neglect neck and traps but those are the respect and power muscles football+ Rugby players, the aggressives have built in their training with wrestlers i.e, GreccoRoman and boxers too. Add a neck and trapezius muscle day👍

@7:45 💯PERCENT RIGHT! Height don't matter and I wish more people was to be real honest. Ladies who are delusional by height are ignorant and don't know any better. If they're 6ft plus husband was to get knocked out by a man 5'8" or below whos built, knows how to fight, it would be an embarrassment. 😂😂😂 Height and face don't mean everything. Its mainly about the body and strength that makes the man. Especially if you know how to fight. Women can date dudes shorter than them. Especially if hes a protector.
