I am 112 -115 on a good day, 5 ft 5, 20, I started working out during Easter of last year and my ENTIRE perpective have changed within that year, I have seen a whole different side of women, I was honestly baffled, it reached to the point where strange women calling me out saying I look sexy, some wouldn't even take their eyes off me. Women definitely be checking out the body. I’m a naturally slim dude but I have put on some extra muscle this year. I have relatively wide shoulders and a slim waist so I have the V shape going on. I notice women checking me out quite often now. I can see the lust in their eyes sometime lol. I’ve had two different women the past 2 weeks feeling on my chest talking about “ooo firm” lol. Getting way more choosing signals and even women approaching me in the club buying/giving me drinks. Every period of time in my life when I’ve worked on my body I’ve noticed a difference in how women react compared to the times when I was lazy and let my body degrade. I once read a book on body language and it said that women have far better peripheral vision than men and we as men have far better targeting vision. It also said that since their peripheral vision is better, they can seem to be looking you in the eye and at the same time can still make out the size of your ‘bulge’. Since we men have to move our eyes and head much more, it means we can get caught looking at a much higher rate than them. It also said that studies show that in the end, females actually end up sizing up men’s bodies more than the other way around and that even nuns do it. Now as to whether or not that’s all true, who knows, but I have heard about the peripheral versus targeting vision gender differences from other sources.

I've worked in a railyard as a locomotive mechanic for the past 2 months: hard, heavy, dirty, and sometime dangerous work but it does wonders for dropping weight and reshaping your body..I'm 45 and have lost 10 pounds..still a big guy but haven't felt this good in years. The difference between what the Lord Jesus said during is earthly ministry and what Paul said is... the difference between the law and grace. Jesus was speaking to the Jews solely. Fulfilling prophecy, performing miracles and proving to the Jewish nation who He was. Paul was speaking to Gentiles (with Jew exceptions) preaching Christ crucified. Basically the Lord speaking through Paul after he died. Explaining to everyone who would listen, about the power of Christ’s death and what it meant. That because of His death, if one believed in Paul’s gospel (1Corinthians ch 15 v1-4) they would be saved. And that once you believe, you are not under the law anymore, you are under grace. Law and grace are two totally different concepts. Jesus’s earthly ministry is before His death and Paul’s appeal to the Jews and the gentiles is after His death. It’s not a contradiction, you simply have to understand to whom the Lord is speaking to.

I always say it like this. You do not HAVE to be the biggest body builder but you DO need to be in shape at the very least. What I have noticed from my experience is that women, especially younger women have no problem with a man being slender, slim or even lean or skinny but a man that is fat or obese is almost never seen as physically desirable on the other hand. In other words just don't be a fat pig with an boulder sized pot belly. Height also plays a major factor into your body and a good shoulder to waist ratio.

What you say is absolutely facts. Not too long ago I had an aesthetic body. I did a lot of running up hills. Full body workouts everyday. Was eating one to two meals a day. And I got ripped and cut. One particular young lady I was trying to kick it with.. saw me one day and we started to hang out. When I took my shirt off look like she was drooling. Trust me she made love where eyeballs. Now I'm doing construction work and working out now 5 days a week. And I'm doing a lot more cardio. More cardio weight training. Give me to the end of the year I'll be back getting back my V shape

The only time you'll see a woman checking your body out (because she can't help it) is when your chest, your frame is dominant. when you both converse you can catch her eyes just gaze at your chest. If you're not shy and looking dead at her you'll catch her doing it. Working out was the best thing i ever did. Of course you still need game, but your body, your silhouette from a far as you get closer is what they're checking out. We men do the same thing when we see those curves like 7 blocks away and it doesn't matter how she looks like too. We like what first catches our eyes. I'm 5'8" 130lbs and never in my life weighed over 150 and have never had a problem getting girls as teen or women as an adult. So not only am I'm short but skinny too. Most of my girlfriends usually out weighed me and some were taller. All of them were graded 6 and above. And I had couple of them state that I have the perfect body. I have a very slim but toned build and don't work out. I was kind of surprised how they found my body to be attractive.
