Your definition of fear - it is a life changing definition. I wrote it down- and thought a few minutes about it. Than I found out, that it’s so true. All of my fear that has its source inside of me is false evidence becoming way too real. These are really big wise words that help me finding my way out of negative emotions. Your a lifesaver. Thank you.

Ronald I'm so glad that you had the idea to create a KZbin because it really does reach and benefit alot of people. Your ideas and knowledge are important and helpful. Recently I had a huge blow up with my parents and brother. Basically my brother physically hurt me and my parents decided to back him up. Now both me and my sibling are both adults and he is alot bigger then me with an anger problem. The whole thing was devastating but I had to cut myself off from them for safety physically emotionally and spiritually. The topic of this video gives me clear simple steps to reconnect and heal myself because now I have to start a whole new life without parents or a brother but focus on what I do have and what family members who are backing me up and help protect me. So again thanks 😊your KZbin helps alot of us so don't stop don't slow down keep up with your excellent advice and magical spots of poetry

It’s good to remember the difference between FEAR & DANGER. Danger is when you’re standing to close to the edge of a cliff or when you see a little one too close to the street. Danger could be a bee if you have a serious medical condition but new ways of showing up in the world are not the same as danger, so shove fear over the edge and do what you really want to do.

Thank you!!! My biggest challenge with fear is the age difference between my husband and myself. Fifteen years. He is 80, and we have no family and limited friends. He is high risk for COVID and has already battled pneumonia, and needs a shoulder replacement surgery for which we cannot get due to COVID. So, figuring out how not to allow fear to harm me and run my day and health is a significant challenge, but makes your presentations all the more meaningful.

invent yourself and then reinvent yourself, don’t swim in the same slough. invent yourself and then reinvent yourself and stay out of the clutches of mediocrity. invent yourself and then reinvent yourself, change your tone and shape so often that they can never categorize you. reinvigorate yourself and accept what is but only on the terms that you have invented and reinvented. be self-taught. and reinvent your life because you must; it is your life and its history and the present belong only to you. I completely agree-declutter first, physically, mentally, and emotionally. That has been my focus for the month of January and it has left me feeling so much lighter and able to focus on what I love most. Thankfully my core values have been clear for me for many years and have allowed me to always be able to come back to a solid foundation, which as you said-makes it easier to declutter what doesn’t align with them 😊

New Year - old me. I'm happy with myself and my goals. My challenge now is to get rid of my collection I'm no longer happy with. It has too much mental "load" on it that I need to declutter it from my life - out of sight out of mind. For everyone who's setting new year goals - just be yourself, don't compare and show who you really are as said in the video. It may take a while but you'll be more of a happy person anyway. Wish you all the best in your own journey and discovering yourself without any comparisons to others. Thanks for the vid Ron!
