My middle school teacher that unfortunately died of cancer last year, loved this song. I was going through her social media when she recommended this song and now I'm listening to it remembering all about her. She was our English teacher, not just a teacher but someone who got me interested in literature, reading, poetry, and writing. She told us stories in a way that captivated your soul and mind, and also encouraged us to speak out our opinions and I believe our class greatly benefited in public speaking because of her. She also emphasized the importance of reading books and our school library was established because of her. She wasn't just a teacher, she was like a guardian to us. She was just 34 when she passed, she is greatly missed.

When Alison Krauss first came on the music scene she was just a child really. I went to the Grandel Opry and the last lineup was Vince Gill, Ricky Skaggs, Marty Stewart, and an unknown named Alison Krauss. She was a chubby little girl with a long white dress on, and then she opened her mouth and began to sing. It was stunning I’ve been a fan ever since.
