I’m just not convinced they’ll balance the early 2000s pop-punk crowd with the 2010 post-hardcore scene. Warped Tour had different eras but now we’re talking about combining them and that might not be easy to do.

I was at the first Warped Tour in 1994 at the Edge in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. The headliners were Quicksand and L7. Other acts included Sick of it All, Orange 9mm, CIV Sublime and local legends Load. It was amazing. Later, I saw Deftones, Limp Biswuit and Hatebreed. My former band toured on it after I left the group. By the early 2000’s I stopped attending because I did not like where the emo/post hardcore/indie scene was going. Just my personal preference.

I just hope that the lineup gets back to its roots. Headliners should be Blink, Rancid, AFI and Rise Against as those bands are big and still represent the early days of Warped. Pennywise, Bigwig, Lagwagon, Good Riddance, Less Than Jake, Strung Out, Big D and The Kids Table, The Interrupters, New Found Glory, No Trigger, Wilhelm Scream etc would be great with other random acts mixed in.

Warped tour was $40 in 2005. Like $45 total. One of the best days of my young life. $145 seems pricey compared to back then, but it's right in step with the inflation that has happened since then. It's not exactly cheap, but if it's anything like it was back then it will be 1000% worth it

I have a hard time supporting these nostalgia concerts/bands. Most of these bands are 20 years old and don't sound anything like they used to so it leads to it being a let down. Perfect example is The Used and Senses Fail. Two of my favorite bands from the 2000's and sadly they can't scream anymore so they just hold the microphone out into the crowd to tell the crowd to do it. That's a momentum killer in my opinion.

Woah woah woah. I’m pretty certain there were way bigger bands than falling in reverse. That are staples that made warped tour, what warped tour was forever memorable. Um…BAD RELIGION,, UNDEROATH, NOFX, BIG D AND THE KIDS TABLE, THE BOUNCING SOULS, BOWLING FOR SOUP, EVERY TIME I DIE, GOOD CHARLOTTE, LESS THAN JAKE(takes a piece of cake), MOTION CITY SOUNDTRACK, MOTIONLESS IN WHITE, NOFX, PENNYWISE, REEL BIG FISH, SILVERSTEIN, SIMPLE PLAN, SUM 41, THE USED, THE VANDALS, WE THE KINGS. these bands exceded 6 yrs. But we saw them back to back or at the very least were hyped to see them. But I wasn’t a fan of escape the fate much less falling in reverse. And I’m not hating, but F.I.R wouldn’t ever save warped tour. Bring back the REAL LEGENDS AND ADD THRICE AND THURSDAY!!
