Absolutely the worst part about this sport, it takes so much time and you keep stuffing although you're full. 🤢 Would definitely be much easier to work out twice as much and only have to eat like a normal human being. Food intake is a limiting factor for many, and even a lot of professional bodybuilders struggle with it in one way or another like digestion problems from constant overeating, in terms of things they have control over, unlike genetics.

@@tenkindsofpeople3679 100%, I barely gained anything the first couple years while working out like a maniac! Brutally hard, 3-6 times a week for 1.5 to 4 hours each, always to failure. Tried to eat good. That's not good enough for skinny folk with high energy expenditure. Track your calories and stuff like crazy. Keep increasing intake when you don't gain for like 3-4 weeks. I'm at 80 kg bodyweight and I need 4050 calories a day for THE TINIEST SURPLUS that allows me to gain weight in super slow motion. Minimum 1.5 g of protein per kg bodyweight. Start stuffing. This is the main drive of muscle growth, calorie surplus. I was skinny all my life, I know what I'm talking about. Gained more than 20 kg lean mass since I started working out. If I did it right, that could have happened in less than half of all those years I worked out. 🤦🏻♂️ Especially the first years were such a waste.. EAT

This is my problem. I'm eating, but I can't constantly consume more food. I just get tired of eating. Yeah, that's a real thing. I tried to force it, but my body doesn't digest food as quickly as that.
