This is great! Recently I’m struggling with my dash vault and Ronnie uploaded this video. When I’m doing dash vault I usually either hit my butt on the ledge or got a huge impact on my wrist, but now I’ll try more and hoping to master this move.
@lukasbuchelpk5 жыл бұрын
Good luck! With the dash, you want to jump just high enough for your butt to clear the obstacle but not too high, because the higher you jump, the bigger the impact on your wrist is going to be.
@CatCatchCold5 жыл бұрын
Lukas Buchel Yeah I’ll try this tomorrow. Thanks a lot.

Thanks so much, Ronnie! I already know the screwdriver, Kong, reverse and vertical vault. I really just needed this, cuz this is one of the integral vaults of parkour. Thanks again!

The default move I do, if I have to jump a 3 - 4' fence, is kind of like a speed vault where I kick my feet up and forwards like a dash vault, and jump the fence at about a 45 degree angle. Trying to gradually make it into a dash vault, because the trick looks really cool, and fun to do.

This video will definitely help me to do a dash vault👍

As a progression for the rail dash it might also be helpful to jump on to the rail and then placing the hands down. So you have more time to place the hands save on the rail

Easy mode tutorial is this, vs starting off straight from rails lol Fr tho, great vid and tutorial. Kinda wish ot came out before i started training on the dash, but eh

Sir can you please do a video about how to do flips or tricks on the concrete while free running or Parkour? Coz doing flips in a safe environment n doing them on concrete are two very different things.. N me n my friends often end up with serious injuries while trying flips during Parkour..

Here's a quick suggestion: Hey Ronnie! Why don't you begin with a new session called as Parkour LiveStream? Please........... I can suggest a lot of ideas. Here's one: 1) Select a location. 2) Call someone on that location and ask him/her to point at any place on that location. 3) You are supposed to try reach ing that place by #ParkourTricks&Vaults.

Hey, I saw a vault that I wanted to learn but there was no tutorials on English, Im talking about the barrel vault where you basicly do a sideflip over an object with help of your hand, can you make a tutorial on that?

My arms are too short for dash vaults, I either hit my butt as my hands touch the obstacle or I clear it with the jump and just reach back to touch it...

@AmanSingh-lj8wv5 жыл бұрын
I don't know why but theif vault and lazy vault seems familiar to me
@tekkboi5 жыл бұрын
In lazy vault we lift our corresponding leg to our hand which we planted first. In their vault we lift our opposite leg of the hand which we planted first.
@lukasbuchelpk5 жыл бұрын
Lazy is also generally easier and safer to do, but the thief is more powerful and also looks better imo

You forgot how to dash far. Most people don't actually do this and prefer the kong for clearing long objects, but I prefer to use the dash for some reason. I can actually get more distance with a dash than I can get with a kong. Isn't that strange?
