65000 squares.... yeah no its not. 65000sf i believe. But that overhead shows those seams. Thats not TPO btw. Thats pvc. Can tell from the zoomed out, those stains show a tpa type PVC. Likely IB or Pheonix brand, depending on age. So likely drastically undervalued on the claim Bird droppings on flat membrane, interesting. Thats what you hear for sloped. Which made me curious so i looked up sean smith. Name didnt pop up on Haag as a current or previous HAAG certified. Maybe the website is having an error though, because nobody from that company name, or sharing a name with this person has ever achieved a certification through haag, according to haag, and they keep lapsed members up for 5 years normally. But maybe they're remodeling their website? And knowing pvc, maybe the images were just poorly picked or poor quality, but a lot of those looked more like stress cracks or Anvil strikes at best. Which if it is IB pvc, those actually tend to also occur at a greater rate when exposed to eps, and might have been related to chemical decomposition as opposed to hail. But hard to tell just based off of three photos. But one of those definitely looked like chemical crack
