Could you use this technique to join two metal buildings together, and how long can you get that W flashing in? Current building is 40' and want to place another 40' building beside it...+

Hello, I have a question: How is the flashing installed if the bottoms are at different elevations? One roof comes in about 18" above the other?

Doesn't that hem on the valley peace hold the panel up the thickness of the hem

Yes it does lift it up a bit but it's not too noticeable in the end. I think it's worth it as an insurance policy against leaks.
